About Dr. Toni Brucato

Based on her own experience of juggling the pursuit of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and working full-time as a school-based social worker, Toni learned to prioritize self-care. During that time, Dr. Toni worked in Chicago’s inner city and experienced the consequences of being over-extended and overwhelmed. At every stage of her life, Toni used vision boards to identify what she wanted most, and this process helped direct her relocation to Arizona. Now, her mission is to share recent research-based wellness tools when leading activities that bring clarity to one’s life journey. Toni leads workshops that help find clarity, identify purpose and goals, and strengthen teams. Throughout the process, Toni shares information on why visualizing your future works and offers wellness tips to de-stress during the workday. Additional elements for a workshop can include: 1) yoga poses while sitting at your desk, aromatherapy for the workplace, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra to consolidate information and memories and catch up on needed sleep. Finally, an add-on of using The Intention And Joy Playbook consisting of mind maps, for brainstorming, and journaling to gain distance from a topic or situation. By using these innovative modalities and skills, she began to navigate through change to create a life full of intention and joy. Dr. Toni currently works with leadership teams, departments, and conference break-out session attendees to be creative, build teams, find clarity, and infuse their daily lives with wellness practices that de-stress and replenish.while sitting at your desk, aromatherapy for the workplace, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra, to consolidate information and memories and catch up on needed sleep.
